Terms of Service

1. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider — Sumio never sees your password.

You must be authorized to upload and process any data you bring to Sumio.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Sumio to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Don't process data you don't have the right to process.

3. Your data and content

You keep all rights to the files and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service to you.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your data and for reviewing results before relying on them.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment provider. Usage limits (AI requests, rows, storage) depend on your plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes apply going forward.

5. Service availability

We work to keep Sumio available and accurate but provide it “as is,” without warranties. Features may change as the product evolves.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sumio isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Always verify important results — automated processing can misinterpret ambiguous instructions.

7. Termination

You can stop using Sumio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
